Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Define product strategy and roadmaps to drive growth and market share
• Translate strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for engineering teams
• Identify product gaps and generate new ideas to improve customer experience
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource use
• Drive product launches in collaboration with executives and other product management members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry (required)
• Proven experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
• Strong data analytics and market/competitive analysis skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of online Casino operations
• Understanding of responsible gambling regulations (e.g., MGA, SGA, DGA)
