Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own activation, time to value, time to trust, and early conversion across key Botpress product journeys
• Write clear, lean product briefs, user stories, hypotheses, and decision docs
• Identify where users get confused, hesitate, drop off, or lose confidence during their first product experience
• Prioritize and fix "first-session trust debt" regarding UX/UI issues
• Use product data and direct customer conversations to find growth opportunities and measure impact
• Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship fast, practical product improvements

Requirements

• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, developer tools, or workflow automation
• Strong product sense and UX judgment
• Analytical skills with experience in funnel metrics, activation data, and product analytics
• Technical fluency around modern web products, APIs, data, or AI systems
• Clear written communication and ability to manage ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a front-end engineer, UX engineer, or solutions engineer
• Experience owning onboarding, activation, PLG, or self-serve growth
• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Linear, and Metabase
• Experience with the "Continuous Discovery" framework
