BluSapphire is a Series-A, AI-first cybersecurity company building Agentic SIEM, Autonomous SOC, One Agent (Next-Gen EDR/XDR), and a Threat Data Hub that powers petabyte-scale security analytics with explainable, auditable actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve roadmaps for Agentic SIEM, Autonomous SOC, One Agent (EDR/XDR), and Threat Data Hub
• Design agentic detection, decision, and response loops with evaluation harnesses
• Translate complex security and AI requirements into clear product specs, PRDs, and user stories
• Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to GA using feature flags and phased rollouts
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create go-to-market plans and pricing
• Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management delivering data-intensive or security products
• Hands-on depth in SIEM, SOC, MDR, or XDR workflows
• Proven record of shipping products in cloud-native stacks with enterprise reliability
• Practical AI/ML literacy including anomaly detection, prompt design, and evaluation metrics
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, InfoSec, Data Science, or equivalent experience
