BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, dedicated to providing smarter ways for people to plan, save, and grow their money. The company is expanding into a comprehensive AI Neobank app covering spending, saving, investing, and more.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, or other financial services
• Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmap, and launch plans
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams
• Transform complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys
• Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to drive product decisions
• Launch features, monitor performance, and drive continuous iterations
• Manage trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
• Proven ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
• Proficiency with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning
• Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer apps, or high-growth products is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English
• Must be currently based in Indonesia
