Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and improve new features for robot-related products or services, participating in the entire process from user research to launch
• Define problems clearly and propose feasible solutions by analyzing field and customer data
• Write clear documentation including PRDs, flow charts, and user stories to collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
• Establish launch plans for new services and track metrics post-launch to reflect feedback into product improvements
• Utilize various work tools and AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and contribute to the team with fast execution

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in service planning
• Experience planning and launching services, apps, or robot-related products
• Ability to define problems accurately from data and user perspectives and provide prioritized solutions
• High-quality documentation skills for PRDs, functional specifications, and process flows
• Clear and efficient communication skills with diverse functions such as development and design teams
• Business communication proficiency in English (document writing and meeting participation)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching zero-to-one new services (leading from idea discovery to launch)
• Active use of AI tools for work (document writing, data analysis, process automation)
• Basic understanding or project experience in robotics, hardware, IoT, or manufacturing/logistics domains
• Experience in metric analysis using objective data
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience working at a fast pace in a startup environment
