Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with company objectives
• Gather user requirements through research, feedback, and data analysis
• Prioritize features based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products
• Conduct usability testing and provide guidance on user interface design and interaction flows
• Leverage data and analytics to drive product improvements and optimize performance
• Plan and execute product launches, including feature rollouts and customer education
• Visit customer sites frequently to observe product usage in real-world environments

Requirements

• 3+ years of robotics-related experience
• Background in robotics or hardware systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel frequently to customer sites and work in field environments
• Proficiency in product management methodologies and data analysis tools
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
