Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes for 3-4 portfolio companies simultaneously as a fractional product leader
• Lead quarterly and annual planning to set product visions and achievable goals
• Build and maintain roadmaps balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Drive sprint planning and execution to improve team velocity
• Develop prioritization frameworks for CEOs and operators
• Build customer feedback systems to drive actionable roadmap decisions
• Coordinate feature launches across engineering, sales, marketing, and support
• Coach developers, designers, and early PMs
• Distill learnings into cross-portfolio playbooks to scale impact

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Strong fundamentals in roadmapping, sprint planning, spec writing, and prioritization
• Sharp customer discovery instincts
• Ability to manage multiple companies and stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to influence founders and executives without direct authority
• High autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity
