About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing activities to meet end-user needs and achieve sales budgets and financial objectives
- Create sales budgets, establish financial goals, and develop strategic business objectives
- Analyze market trends, historical data, economic factors, and competition
- Execute marketing plans for new and existing products, including pricing, placement, and promotion strategies
- Determine pricing strategies by analyzing costs, required margins, and competitor benchmarks
- Coordinate with Production, Regulatory, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Customer Service departments
- Develop sales forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Planning departments
- Manage and control the annual expense budget
- Conduct field visits to monitor strategy implementation and sales performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Chemical Engineering, Q.F.B., Q.B.P., Industrial Engineering, L.A.E., or related field
- Experience in product marketing within molecular diagnostics or women's health
- Expertise in strategic analysis, brand positioning, and market opportunity mapping in Mexico
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing or an MBA
