Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and follow up on banking app initiatives to ensure seamless functionality.
• Gather, document, and track functional and business requirements.
• Ensure clarity regarding project scopes, definitions, and deliverables.
• Coordinate initiatives across multiple departments, including business, product, and technology.
• Align stakeholders to ensure the correct execution of digital products and customer communications.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and operational efficiency for all app features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (digital focus preferred), or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital project management or product management.
• Proven experience coordinating between business, technology, and operations areas.
• Knowledge of banking products and financial services.
• Experience working in banking, fintech, or highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• English proficiency is desirable.
