Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, evaluation, and implementation of new digital functionalities and products within the mobile app.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer journeys.
• Coordinate product features cross-functionally with Technology, UX, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Evaluate and compare technology providers and solutions to ensure alignment with product strategy.
• Monitor and analyze product KPIs such as adoption, usage, satisfaction, and performance.
• Participate in innovation cells to promote continuous improvement and new digital ideas.
• Ensure the timely delivery of functionalities within the defined scope and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital banking product management.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and the digital product lifecycle.
• Strong experience in documenting functional requirements and defining customer journeys.
• Ability to define product KPIs and perform deep metric analysis.
• Experience developing business cases and prioritizing features based on value.
• Knowledge of digital banking ecosystems (e.g., digital onboarding, payments, CoDi).

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or formal training as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in Management 3.0.
