Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for Programmable Voice APIs, aligning with company strategy and market opportunities
• Build compelling business cases for new features, including ROI, cost modeling, and pricing strategy
• Identify opportunities in emerging areas such as AI-driven voice, automation, and real-time communications
• Work closely with engineering to design scalable, reliable API architectures and improve usability and documentation
• Translate customer pain points into clear product requirements through interviews and usage data analysis
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to position and launch new features
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, latency, reliability, and revenue impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in APIs, communications, or SaaS platforms
• Proven experience with web service APIs (REST, webhooks, event-driven architectures)
• Strong business case development skills, including financial modeling and ROI analysis
• Working knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP and VoIP networking concepts
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver highly technical products
• Deep customer empathy, specifically for developers and technical users

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in telecom, CPaaS, or developer platforms
• Experience with contact center platforms, AI voice agents, or conversational AI
• Familiarity with competitors such as Twilio or other CPaaS providers
• Knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and call routing architectures
