About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing Numbers and Inbound products focusing on cost management and operational optimization
  • Drive the ideation, development, and launch of new product features and services
  • Negotiate and manage carrier agreements and work directly with vendors
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and gather customer data
  • Draft technical requirements and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal development prioritization
  • Lead market validation and customer discovery efforts for new initiatives
  • Make data-driven decisions on product evolution based on customer interaction metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management
  • Proven experience with US CLEC and SIP-based telecom networks
  • Experience working within an Agile development workflow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of telecom protocols such as SIP, RTP, G.7xx, SMPP, or WebRTC
  • Experience with project management software like Monday.com
  • Experience in early-stage startup environments with evolving directions
