Product Manager, B2B Remittance

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for B2B cross-border payments within the Botim merchant ecosystem
• Build and optimize solutions for international payouts, supplier payments, and bulk remittances
• Design payment flows involving SWIFT, local payment rails, and partner banking integrations
• Manage FX pricing, spreads, and rate management to improve transaction efficiency
• Simplify complex cross-border flows into intuitive user experiences for merchants
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to AML/CFT and central bank regulations
• Drive corridor expansion strategy across regions such as India, Pakistan, Philippines, Africa, and Europe
• Track key performance indicators including transaction success rates, processing time, and merchant adoption

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience with strong exposure to fintech, payments, or banking
• Hands-on experience in cross-border payments, remittances, or FX products
• Deep understanding of payment rails (SWIFT, local clearing systems) and FX pricing/settlement flows
• Experience working within regulated financial environments
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, including engineering, design, and banking partners
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in GCC, MENA, or other emerging markets
• Direct exposure to SME or B2B financial products
• Familiarity with payment orchestration or routing systems
