Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Structure problem statements for product feature sets and research product-market fit.
• Document business solutions by collaborating with internal SMEs, stakeholders, and clients.
• Create process flows, user journeys, data flow diagrams, and user interfaces following standard design guidelines.
• Partner with development teams to research 3rd party API integrations, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning models.
• Manage the full SDLC to ensure features are developed, tested, and deployed successfully.
• Develop product messaging, release notes, user guides, and training documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and artifacts.
• Conduct internal and client demos and support leadership with product pricing, RFIs, and RFPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4-6 years of experience in a product management role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across product, engineering, and client teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms.
• Hands-on experience or prior knowledge working with ServiceNow.
