Product Manager, Automotive Aftermarket

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the product portfolio to achieve growth goals within the South East Asia region.
• Research and maintain vehicle information, including OE references and technical evaluations of components.
• Define technical requirements for product development based on OE segments, brands, and market coverage.
• Lead cross-functional product development processes to ensure fast time-to-market.
• Manage the product life cycle, including SOP, EOP, sourcing optimization, and commercial portfolio analysis.
• Conduct market research through workshop visits and competitor sample evaluations.
• Support local sales, pricing, and marketing teams with product queries and catalog data requirements.
• Coordinate project management activities, including annual budget planning for NPIs and Capex requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or economic-scientific field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in product management.
• Proven experience within the Automotive Aftermarket industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in business English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management coordination skills and experience with budget planning.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong time management and prioritization skills.
