About the Company

Auctor is building the AI layer for professional services and software implementation, automating the documentation, discovery, and decision-making that powers $400B+ in services work.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers regularly to uncover workflow pain points and unmet needs
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with engineering and leadership
• Work closely with deployment strategists to translate field insights into product improvements
• Instrument product usage and analyze data to inform decisions and measure outcomes
• Partner with go-to-market on positioning, demos, and launch readiness
• Identify opportunities to expand Auctor's footprint across new artifact types and use cases

Requirements

• 2–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with technical concepts and engineering conversations
• Experience using data to drive product decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, NetSuite, or Workday
• Background in consulting, professional services, or solutions engineering
• Experience at an early-stage startup
• Exposure to AI/ML products in enterprise contexts
