Product Manager Associate Director (Digital Assets)

Responsibilities

• Lead the shaping and delivery of client-facing digital asset offerings, specifically focusing on tokenized collateral and market structure use cases.
• Partner with institutional clients, market participants, and technical teams to elicit and document requirements for tokenized asset products and workflows.
• Produce high-quality requirement artifacts, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and capability definitions.
• Maintain an actionable Jira backlog, ensuring traceability from business goals to delivery outcomes.
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between clients, engineering, architecture, legal, compliance, and risk teams to build alignment on scope and priorities.
• Support Agile/Scrum delivery rituals, including planning, refinement, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with client outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture to translate business needs into functional solutions, specifically regarding tokenized workflows and client onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or consulting.
• Deep expertise in securities services, collateral management, repo, securities lending, or post-trade infrastructure.
• Proven experience working directly with institutional clients in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing requirements via Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to tokenization, tokenized securities, digital collateral, or adjacent digital asset platforms.
• Strong understanding of traditional finance workflows paired with meaningful exposure to regulated digital assets.
