Responsibilities

• Own scheduling and forecasting end-to-end, setting the vision and driving the roadmap
• Work directly with prospects and customers to perform discovery and co-building
• Partner with sales and CS teams to support go-to-market efforts
• Apply AI to automate high-stakes, high-repetition workforce management decisions
• Build for enterprise complexity, accounting for SLAs, shrinkage, and multi-channel operations

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Strong analytical and technical product skills
• Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with experience working with senior stakeholders
• Bias to action and an innate sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered product features
• Experience working closely with data science or ML teams to ship predictive optimization features
