Assembled is a unified platform that orchestrates human agents and AI at scale. Companies like Canva, Etsy, and Robinhood use Assembled to coordinate their entire support operation, including in-house agents, BPOs, and AI, through a single operating system.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with prospects and customers to understand needs and build solutions
• Own the AI-powered workforce setup and onboarding experience
• Shape the strategy for scaling and deepening the integrations platform
• Empower support leaders by ensuring data infrastructure and analytics are accurate and actionable
• Lead and mentor junior Product Managers
• Champion high product quality, usability, and visual design

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of setting direction for business-impacting areas
• Experience at a growing, venture-backed startup
• Strong analytical and technical product skills regarding data stacks and integration strategies
• Experience building analytics products or data-driven experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with strong discovery skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered product features
• Experience designing or managing integrations products and platform API strategy
