Product Manager, Artists & Creators

Responsibilities

• Understand and represent the artist and creator journey, advocating for their needs across the organization.
• Define strategy and roadmaps for discovery, audience growth, and monetization.
• Build internal data tools and systems to identify high-potential talent and track creative momentum.
• Launch end-to-end products and features that promote artists and unlock new revenue streams.
• Define and track key metrics across the artist and creator lifecycle to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Music Marketing, and Artist Partnerships to deliver cohesive experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Proven experience in creator monetization or building data products.
• Strong track record of building data tools or data-informed products from the ground up.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week on-site in Los Angeles or New York City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the music industry and how artists emerge in the modern era.
• Ability to translate ambiguous signals like cultural momentum into actionable product decisions.
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
