Product Manager Artillery

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a defined product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle
• Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market requirements, customer needs, and company goals
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities
• Create and evaluate business cases and participate in investment decisions and forecasts
• Define product requirements regarding functionality, target costs, time-to-market, and technical specifications
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-specific questions
• Support sales and marketing activities, including the creation of documentation and customer projects
• Develop trustworthy customer relationships and evaluate cooperation opportunities

Requirements

• Completed degree in a technical, economic, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in product management, business development, sales, or project management
• Experience in the defense or security industry is an advantage
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Experience managing complex projects and demanding stakeholders
• Proficiency in project, budget, and financial management
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills
• Analytical, structured, and result-oriented working style
• Business fluent English skills (written and spoken)
