Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer-facing owner for delivering agentic missions, including demos, updates, and technical Q&A
• Translate customer needs into technical requirements, feature requests, and test scenarios
• Build mission-specific experiences using the Articul8 platform, SDK, agents, APIs, and MCP-enabled tools
• Create prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concept applications to make workflows tangible
• Test end-to-end workflows, including agent outputs, model behavior, and tool calls
• Reproduce failures, isolate root causes, and file high-signal bug reports for engineering
• Partner with applied research to clarify data needs for training, evaluation, and fine-tuning
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including SDK notes, test plans, and release notes
• Analyze competitor offerings across enterprise AI platforms and agent ecosystems

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in product management or technical roles like engineering or solutions engineering
• Strong technical foundation in software systems, APIs, SDKs, and cloud-based systems
• Hands-on experience building prototypes, agentic workflows, or customer proof-of-concepts
• Familiarity with agents, tool-calling, LLM applications, RAG, and knowledge systems
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear technical requirements
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and reproduce bugs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running customer demos and technical product walkthroughs
• Experience reading source code and reviewing repositories
• Experience creating synthetic datasets, evaluation sets, or prompt test suites
• Experience partnering with researchers, data scientists, or ML engineers
• Experience with knowledge graphs, RAG workflows, or AI evaluation
• Exposure to enterprise domains like manufacturing, energy, or financial services
• MBA preferred
