About the Company

Arcade is building the world’s first AI physical product creation platform, where imagination becomes reality. Our platform lets anyone design, purchase, and sell custom, manufacturable products using natural language and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product workflows from ideation to launch, including user research and technical scoping
• Collaborate with engineers and AI researchers to integrate cutting-edge models into production-ready features
• Design and test agentic workflows, LLM chains, and multimodal model calls
• Run prompt tuning, tool usage evaluations, and comparative model benchmarks
• Drive data acquisition and generation, including data hygiene, taxonomy, and evaluation datasets

Requirements

• STEM degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or Physics
• Experience building agentic workflows in personal, research, or production settings
• Technical fluency comfortable with reading source code and debugging eval pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Early-stage startup experience (Seed–Series B)
• Prior founding experience
• Significant shipped side projects
