Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for DroneStack and define the roadmap for scalable, multi-customer product lines
• Conduct primary user research with military operators in the US and abroad to understand autonomous mission workflows
• Drive the transition from bespoke program-driven deliveries to repeatable, scalable products
• Shape product design and operator interfaces for mission control, planning, and review
• Partner with engineering to set technical direction and balance delivery with long-term architecture
• Develop and communicate a market thesis regarding the autonomous drone market
• Act as the connective tissue between engineering, business development, and customers

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience across diverse environments
• Proven track record of owning and shipping products end-to-end
• Exceptional research instincts and ability to learn new markets from scratch
• Experience working with technically complex products (hardware/software, real-time systems, or infrastructure)
• Strong design sensibility and experience driving UX decisions
• Clear, structured communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• BS/BA degree in a technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or Economics)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

• Experience with defense or government customers and acquisition cycles
• Experience with products spanning both hardware and software
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies
• Exposure to international markets
• Experience founding a company or leading 0-to-1 initiatives
