Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for DroneStack, defining a roadmap that transitions the team from program-driven deliveries to a scalable, multi-customer product line.
• Conduct primary user research with military operators in the field and at bases to understand mission planning and execution.
• Drive the transition from bespoke solutions to repeatable products by identifying patterns across customer engagements.
• Shape product design and experience for operator interfaces, including mission control and planning tools.
• Partner with engineering leadership to balance near-term delivery commitments with long-term technical architecture.
• Develop and communicate a market thesis regarding the autonomous drone market across DoD and allied nations.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of product management experience across diverse environments or industries.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end products from research through launch and iteration.
• Experience working with complex technical systems (e.g., hardware/software integration, real-time systems, or infrastructure).
• Strong design sensibility and experience driving UX decisions for workflow-heavy tools.
• BS/BA degree in a technical or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defense or government customers and understanding of acquisition cycles.
• Experience working on products that span both hardware and software.
• Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth company.
• Experience founding a company or leading a 0-to-1 product initiative.
