Product Manager - Applied AI

Responsibilities

• Scope customer workflows, constraints, and requirements into actionable research tasks
• Act as the technical point of contact for senior stakeholders within customer accounts
• Carry customer context to researchers, Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), and benchmarking teams
• Define product requirements for specific deployments based on actual customer use cases
• Build the methodology and standards for how the product function engages with enterprise customers

Requirements

• Strong technical foundations (CS or STEM degree) capable of reading code and following architecture discussions
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in consulting (strategy or technology) or venture/operating roles with enterprise exposure
• Proven track record of operating in front of senior stakeholders at large organisations
• High comfort level with ambiguity and uncharted territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical project work that involved working inside a customer's codebase or alongside engineering teams
• Experience at an AI-native or agentic product company in a customer-facing PM role
• Experience deploying or operationalising LLM-based systems in enterprise environments
• Strong academic record from a leading technical programme
