About the Company

Antenna Group is a leading international content, media and entertainment organization, owning and operating a diverse portfolio of global media assets across a variety of platforms including Television, Pay TV, OTT, Radio, Cinema Exhibition, Digital, Music, Publishing and Education.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle for a portfolio of internal tools and platforms
• Act as the primary point of contact with technology vendors, reviewing technical specs and negotiating scope
• Map existing data flows, systems, and integrations to identify gaps and opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Configure or build workflows and automations directly using low-code platforms or workflow engines
• Manage the technical build out of products and features in collaboration with developers
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure tools meet business needs
• Establish KPIs, track platform performance, and manage a backlog of enhancements

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, business/systems analysis, or technical project management
• Demonstrated experience working directly with software vendors
• Solid understanding of technology and systems with comfort using automation and AI tools
• Experience with data and systems mapping, process flows, and integration architecture
• Proven track record of turning business problems into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in Greek and English
