About the Company

Antare is building a physical security intelligence platform of the future. Our always-connected platform automatically detects risks, captures evidence, and reports on real-world events in real-time via the cloud. The founding team consists of product designers and engineers with a history of building companies that have been collectively acquired for billions of dollars.

Responsibilities

• Own the Antare Console, turning body-worn camera inputs into structured intelligence
• Define the product surface, information architecture, interaction models, and workflows
• Develop a strategic roadmap based on platform evolution and leverage
• Maintain customer relationships through field work, trials, and direct calls
• Manage the BWC product experience and the device-to-platform data handoff
• Build working artefacts including prototypes, internal tools, and customer-facing mockups

Requirements

• Native fluency with the AI stack (Claude, Cursor, agentic workflows)
• Instinctual builder mindset with the ability to produce working prototypes
• Strong systems thinking connecting product, technology, and business models
• Ability to operate with high velocity and decisive judgment under ambiguity
• Sharp customer judgment to distinguish between customer wants and needs
• Direct communication style with a preference for written thought over verbal status updates

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating in an AI-native environment
• Background in engineering, design, or sales engineering is welcomed
