Product Manager, Analytics

Responsibilities

• Craft the strategy for Answer Engine Insights, Agent Analytics, and Prompt Volumes to become the essential analytics platform for marketing teams
• Define how customers measure and improve brand performance across AI answer engines, including prompt monitoring and competitive benchmarking
• Expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing by creating clarity and managing scope
• Conduct daily customer discovery to gather feedback and drive product direction
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams to tell compelling stories to prospects

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building software products, ideally in a startup environment
• Domain expertise in marketing analytics, data products, BI tools, data processing, or natural language
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and drive impact
• Strong product fundamentals with expertise in data, design, development, or enterprise go-to-market
• Hands-on capability to write SQL, build dashboards, or fix data quality issues
