About the Company

Amperos is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.

Responsibilities

• Think deeply on a product surface and drive product discovery with existing and prospective customers
• Build products, features, and demos using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
• Ship high quality products that deliver customer value and business outcomes
• Lead pilots, implementations, and enterprise commits alongside customer success
• Work with founding, engineering, and GTM teams to create new product and business verticals
• Become a domain expert in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management
• Define success metrics and AI evals to monitor performance
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for new agents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Domain experience in the RCM space
• Experience leading large, complex product surfaces in B2B or antiquated industries
• Proficiency in SQL and data monitoring tools
• High agency and a bias towards action
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Technical background
• Previous founder experience
