About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of the Whole Foods Market supplier experience by managing the migration from legacy tools to next-generation merchant capability systems.
  • Synthesize supplier and merchant feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive product feature decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track key onboarding metrics, including activation rates, time-to-onboard, and error rates.
  • Design and execute pilot programs with select suppliers to test new features, integrations, and workflows before broad deployment.
  • Author and maintain critical product documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), feature briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX design, and operations teams to refine proposals into development-ready requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of major new products or services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience building business cases and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product lifecycles from ideation through launch.
