Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap by identifying key use cases through close customer interaction
• Shape user experience by collaborating with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces for native GenAI functionality
• Work alongside the engineering team to build groundbreaking products that exceed customer expectations
• Champion user needs by acting as the voice of the user within the company
• Enable sales success by providing support during pre-sales and post-sales stages for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with marketing to deliver industry-leading messaging, positioning, pricing, and lead-generation strategies

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise product management
• Proven track record of launching technical products for data engineers
• Deep understanding of data stack concepts including ELT pipelines, data warehousing, data quality frameworks, and workload orchestration
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, or Airflow
• Strong foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Experience in Series A or B-stage startups
• Exceptional leadership and strategic problem-solving skills
