Responsibilities

• Structure, package, and distribute AI methods, tools, and usages to Product and Design teams across Business Units.
• Transform POCs and field learnings into reusable methods, standards, and assets.
• Create operational toolkits including templates, canvases, checklists, prompts, and kits for PMs, POs, and designers.
• Build and animate communities of practice to foster AI adoption.
• Identify experimentation opportunities and support Business Units in framing POCs.
• Define AI-first design principles and qualification criteria for use cases.
• Monitor adoption and value through usage indicators and business value metrics.

Requirements

• Senior profile from Product Management, Product Ops, or Product Strategy.
• Significant experience in B2B, SaaS, or multi-product software environments.
• Strong exposure to AI topics, including LLMs or AI agents.
• Mastery of the full product cycle from discovery to value measurement.
• Understanding of UX/UI challenges and AI-driven experience design.
• Ability to transform experiments into scalable, reusable standards and documentation.
• Strong transverse leadership and communication skills for internal consulting and community animation.
