Product Manager, AI

Backed by Lightspeed, Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, and Khosla Ventures at a $1B valuation, we provide brands the intelligence to see how AI represents them and the Agents to act on it. We are a lean, fast-moving team defining a new category at the biggest shift in marketing in 25 years.

Responsibilities

• Craft the strategy for Profound's agent platform, including background agents, agent experience, and the opportunities surface
• Define the architecture and UX for how agents monitor brand performance and communicate insights to customers
• Expedite execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing by creating clarity and managing scope
• Optimize the team for velocity and quality
• Conduct daily customer discovery to gather feedback and drive product direction
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Engagement teams to tell compelling stories to prospects

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience building software products, ideally in a startup environment
• Domain expertise in AI agent systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI infrastructure
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
• Strong product fundamentals with expertise in development, data, AI/ML systems, or design
• Hands-on approach to execution, including prototyping and evaluating model outputs
