Product Manager - AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Turn complex operational realities into clear PRDs, decision logic, and shipped products
• Partner with ML engineers, engineering, underwriting ops, and business stakeholders to define and deliver the roadmap
• Define and improve key metrics including throughput, time-to-decision, accuracy, and capacity gained
• Build tight feedback loops between AI output and expert human judgment
• Stay ahead of how AI is reshaping mortgage origination to bring informed recommendations to the roadmap

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a high-ownership product role in a complex environment
• Strong structural thinking with the ability to go deep on systems, data, and edge cases
• Proven, active fluency with AI tools across the PM workflow (discovery, testing, documentation, and analysis)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-experts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage or regulated financial services
• Familiarity with LOS systems, origination platforms, or lending technology
• Exposure to AI/ML-assisted decisioning, document intelligence, or automation in financial services
• Understanding of broker and advisor-facing workflows
