Product Manager, AI

Responsibilities

• Act as the end-to-end owner of an AI product, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics
• Lead an engineering squad with startup-like speed and rigor
• Define and defend scope decisions regarding product development
• Work directly with clients and end-operators to validate solutions
• Drive concrete business metrics and take full responsibility for results
• Coordinate with technology, data, security, legal, and operations teams for scalable production
• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and launching digital products
• Proven track record of shipped products with real impact metrics
• Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams
• Solid technical understanding including ability to read code and debate architecture
• Experience working with LLMs in production (prompts, evals, model routing, feedback loops)
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or agents
• Native or advanced Spanish and advanced professional English

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering background evolved into product management
• Experience with Kiro
• Experience in high-velocity digital product companies or venture-backed startups
• Experience as a founder or early employee scaling products from zero
• Curiosity regarding AI applications in aviation, retail, or hospitality
