Product Manager - AI Agent

Responsibilities

• Implement AI Agents for customers through prompting and configurations
• Lead solution-driven engagements to help customers unlock the full potential of the platform
• Tailor product capabilities to specific customer goals through workshops and roadmap sessions
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support pre- and post-sales conversations
• Synthesize customer feedback and real-world use cases to influence product roadmap priorities
• Support early feature validation, beta programs, and adoption pilots

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in product management, solutions consulting, or customer-facing product roles
• 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML-powered, automation, or agent-driven products
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into validated product feedback and feature direction
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in executive-level engagements
• Practical experience with AI platforms, tools, and automation frameworks
