Product Manager (Agents)

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lovable agent end-to-end, owning quality, roadmap, and feedback loops
• Represent the user by synthesizing findings on agent performance and behavior
• Run end-to-end discovery including user interviews, competitive research, and eval analysis
• Own the quality bar for agent outputs by driving eval infrastructure and monitoring regressions
• Scope functionality ruthlessly to validate what works through user feedback and metrics
• Enable sales, support, and marketing teams with context on new agent capabilities

Requirements

• 6+ years in the software industry
• Direct ownership of an AI or LLM-powered product in PM or engineering leadership
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agent-based systems
• Technical fluency with the ability to program and read model outputs, traces, and evals
• Strong product sense and systems thinking regarding agent communication and error recovery

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Experience operating at the frontier of AI agent best practices
