About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axion's agentic systems and AI-driven workflows
- Partner with Engineering and AI/ML teams to design agentic pipelines that reason across heterogeneous data sources
- Define task orchestration, human-in-the-loop escalation, and explainability for enterprise manufacturing teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with 1–2 years in Agentic solutions or automation-heavy B2B SaaS
- Deep familiarity with LLM orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and agent reliability
- Experience translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences for non-technical users
