Product Manager, Agentic AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Champion a compelling vision for conversational and agentic AI to enhance platform capabilities and scalability
• Lead the design of intuitive, robust APIs, acting as the voice of the developer to ensure an exceptional technical experience
• Spearhead collaboration with engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and feature launches
• Develop and manage a strategic product roadmap based on developer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact
• Drive agile project management efforts to maintain development transparency and mitigate risks across teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical product management experience with a focus on platforms, APIs, or enterprise software infrastructure
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-enabled products
• Deep empathy for developers and a passion for creating tools that enhance productivity and workflows
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive, self-starter mentality with a sense of ownership over foundational technologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) software space
• Familiarity with large-scale agentic workflows or sophisticated LLM integrations
• Previous experience in a startup environment or a "ground-floor" corporate initiative
