Responsibilities

  • Bring enterprise-grade AI agents to the world by empowering businesses to build world-class AI agents.
  • Solve complex product challenges for multiple stakeholders, including end-users, CX managers, and developers.
  • Innovate by discovering new tools and processes for building the next generation of AI agents.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build seamless experiences.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to customers in partnership with sales and go-to-market teams.
  • Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product from concept to execution.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in product management with a track record of leading products from ideation to launch.
  • Technical depth with comfort working on technical systems, APIs, or SDKs.
  • Ability to engage in architectural and implementation discussions with engineering.
  • User-driven curiosity and ability to operate in high ambiguity.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-driven products, specifically conversational or agentic systems.
  • Hands-on experience writing production code (e.g., TypeScript, React) or prior experience as a software engineer.
