Product Manager, Agent Experience

Responsibilities

• Drive the agent-experience roadmap, including discovery, prioritization, and delivery for the Studio no-code builder.
• Develop a sharp point of view on product direction in a fast-evolving, ambiguous space.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design from the earliest stages of solutioning.
• Partner with the Platform PM to ensure seamless interlock between agent experience and platform capabilities.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to translate needs into product strategy without becoming a feature-request conduit.
• Maintain a high shipping cadence, delivering tangible updates every two weeks.

Requirements

• Several years of product management experience, specifically shaping products through meaningful ambiguity.
• Direct experience building AI/agentic products, such as agent platforms, no-code/visual builders, or developer-facing tools.
• Fluency in modern agent construction and evaluation, including prompting, tool orchestration, and evals.
• Proven track record of operating independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and design, including the ability to bring technical points of view to the table.
• Sharp prioritization instincts and the discipline to make difficult product decisions.
• Comfort working with enterprise customers and navigating imperfect data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open-source-driven or PLG-into-enterprise business motions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tooling within your own professional workflow.
