About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and ship enterprise-grade AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily
- Engage with customers to discover requirements, present demonstrations, and act as a strategic advisor
- Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering teams to scope and implement new features
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in highly technical product development
- Proven experience in Product Management at or above Senior PM level
- Strong English and Japanese communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- AI-related product development experience
- Coding experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
- MBA or equivalent professional experience
