Product Manager, Agent Development

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering with engineers and customers
• Engage with customers to discover requirements and present demonstrations
• Address technical challenges in business processes alongside technical counterparts
• Develop and improve virtual agents to anticipate customer needs
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing essential new features

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in highly technical product development
• Past experience in Product Management at or above Senior Product Manager level
• Experience crafting and tailoring messages for executive-level customers
• Ability to communicate technical concepts and AI developments to diverse audiences
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-related product development experience, specifically with AI agents
• Coding experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in roles that interface directly with end customers to influence software development
