Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact
• Define and shape product vision and strategy by distilling user needs and business priorities
• Run discovery calls and translate user needs into clear problem statements
• Build, launch, and iterate on new capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale
• Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Set a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a product manager delivering complex technical products
• Demonstrated experience building or launching AI-native or workflow automation products
• Strong technical acumen to partner deeply with engineering teams
• Exceptional product sense and user empathy
• High ownership mindset and ability to move fast
