Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end security patch and vulnerability management cycle across enterprise systems
• Manage production support including triaging tickets and driving resolution
• Execute the full compliance review calendar, including tenant reviews and user access reviews
• Manage vendor relationships regarding security and technical matters
• Handle contract and resource tracking, including certificate renewals and inventory management
• Support the Senior Product Manager with backlog grooming, roadmap tracking, and UAT coordination

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, systems management, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with security compliance and governance practices
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Experience engaging directly with application and infrastructure vendors
• Familiarity with enterprise middleware environments and cloud platforms like GCC
• Knowledge of IT audit processes
• Experience with government IT systems or public sector compliance is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to product management practices such as backlog management and roadmap tracking
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
