Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and products using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Recommend product lines by reviewing specifications and requirements
• Lead collaborative planning, prioritizing work against team capacity
• Define product roadmaps and create user stories in JIRA and Confluence
• Groom the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, technical tasks, and bug fixes
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams
• Track application bugs, assessing impact and severity
• Measure project development velocity and manage project risks
• Assist in government processes including procurement and project finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Agile software development processes
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Proven experience defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML implementation or SaaS platform management
• Experience in UI/UX design and research strategy
• Familiarity with public service policies and government-to-government working relationships
