Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and products using agile project management methodologies
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines
• Lead the collaborative planning process and prioritize work against team capacity
• Define the roadmap and ensure user stories are created in JIRA and Confluence
• Groom the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, technical tasks, and bug fixes
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams
• Measure project development velocity and manage project risks
• Assist in government processes including procurement and project finance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
• Solid understanding of end-to-end agile software development (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience using software development tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira
• Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ops-tech integration or AI/ML implementation
• Experience in SaaS platform management or UI/UX design strategy
• Familiarity with public service policies and government-to-government working relationships
