Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Independently manage brand responsibility for the allocated GI Maxima portfolio
• Achieve top-line, market share, and bottom-line targets for assigned brands
• Partner with creative agencies to develop differentiated and impactful brand campaigns
• Analyze market conditions, monitor competitor activities, and forecast sales regularly
• Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for the brand portfolio
• Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for new opportunities and customer behavior
• Collaborate with sales, medical, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure strategy implementation
• Drive engagement with the sales team through meetings and field insights

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Science or Pharmacy
• MBA or PGDBA in Sales and Marketing from a Tier 1 business school
• 3 years of Pharmaceutical Product Management experience, preferably within an MNC
• Proven experience managing Key Accounts or dealing with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Experience managing new product launches
