Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute the global product strategy for 3M’s pavement marking products
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, execution, and in-market performance
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and enterprise supply chain to enable global product growth
• Coordinate between global product strategy lead and area product managers to drive execution of critical programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Five (5) years of marketing or product management experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in business from an accredited institution
• Experience working with government agencies, specifically Departments or Ministries of Transportation
• Proficiency in project management and P&L management
• Experience working with industry and regulatory affairs teams and standard-setting organizations
